Abstract
Description
Handfeuerwaffe, insbesondere Jagdwaffe Handgun, in particular hunting weapon
The invention relates to a handgun, in particular a hunting weapon, for caseless cartridges, with a cartridge chamber formed at the barrel end, with a locking piston which has a pull-out element hooking onto the cartridge's propellant charge bearing, and with a locking housing which does not have one in the return path closed cartridge has a cartridge outlet opening.
A bumpable cavity is provided in each case. The cartridges are arranged in a flat magazine, lying at a small angle to the barrel axis and projecting into the feed path of the coaxial sealing piston. This has an eccentric claw on the front end which penetrates into the cavity of the cartridge. When feeding into the cartridge chamber, the cartridge is pivoted into the barrel axis, the claw engaging in the edge of the cavity. If the cartridge is not ignited, it is pulled out of the cartridge chamber when the breech is pulled back, passes through the uppermost part of the magazine and is brought into a position behind the magazine in which there is no guide. This allows the cartridge to tip downwards, detaching itself from the claw and falling out through the cartridge outlet opening of the weapon.
DerAT-PS 317 726 shows an extractor for caseless cartridges, each having a circumferential groove. The
In this embodiment, the locking piston is provided with a pull-out claw which engages in a part of the circumferential groove. In the case of hunting weapons in particular, it is not only necessary to pull a cartridge out of the cartridge chamber if there is an ignition fault, but - more frequently - if the cartridge has not been fired for any other reason. These cartridges must be collected and re-stored. The object of the invention is therefore to create a handgun from which a cartridge which has not been fired can be removed by hand.
According to the invention, this is achieved in that the breech housing is provided with a pull-out limiting element which is spring-loaded towards the breech axis and which has a locking surface intended for bearing against a radial locking surface of the cartridge.
When a cartridge that has not been fired is withdrawn, the edge of the pull-out element hooking onto the propellant charge body forms a tilting bearing, about which the cartridge is tilted when it is withdrawn further. The cartridge then swings out with the tip of the projectile through the cartridge outlet opening. It depends on the retraction speed whether the cartridge is ejected or not. If the retraction is slow, the cartridge can be gripped by hand once it has reached its swiveled-out position. However, if it is withdrawn quickly, it is ejected in a known manner.
In a preferred embodiment it is provided that the pull-out limiting element is designed as an approximately triangular hook body which is arranged on a leaf spring and has a guide surface which extends obliquely to the closure axis. This causes the pull-out limiting element to give way when the cartridge is loaded the cartridge itself and then the sealing piston and remains in a more prestressed waiting position until it can re-enter the sealing hole when the cartridge is withdrawn. If the cartridge is shot, the pull-out limitation element remains inoperative.
It is advantageous for the geometry of the tilting or swiveling movement of the cartridge if, in the cartridge exit position, the blocking surface of the pull-out limiting element and the hook surface of the pull-out element are axially offset.
A caseless cartridge suitable for use in such a handgun has, according to the invention, two spaced-apart latching surfaces, the first latching surface facing the projectile forming a contact surface for the hooking pull-out claw and the second latching surface forming a stop surface for the pull-out limiting element. The two latching surfaces are in particular provided on at least one circumferential groove of the propellant body. The latching surface for contacting the pull-out limiting element could, however, also be formed by the rear end surface of the partial load body.
The invention will now be described in more detail below with reference to the figures of the accompanying drawings, without being limited thereto.
Die Ausziehkralle 5 weist eine Hakenfläche 12 auf, die mit der ersten Rastflache 25 zusammenwirkt.1 to 3 show, in each case in longitudinal section, three different positions in the movement sequence of a cartridge which is not to be fired and has not been fired. A cartridge that has not been fired is withdrawn from the cartridge chamber (not shown) in the drawings by means of a pull-out claw 5 and reaches the area of a cartridge outlet opening 6 formed laterally in the breech housing 1 near the rear end of the cartridge outlet opening 6, a further, smaller opening 15 is formed in the closure housing 1 on the opposite side. A hook body 8 of a pull-out limiting element 7 projects into this and is arranged at the first end of a leaf spring 11, the second end of which is attached to the closure housing 1. The hook body 8 is triangular and has a front locking surface 9 and a rear guiding surface 10 which extends obliquely to the locking surface 9. The pull-out claw 5 is provided on the circumference of a receiving pot 14 which is arranged on the front side of the locking piston 2 and has a rear part which engages behind the end region of the partial loading body 22 of the cartridge 20, a guide web 13 being provided approximately opposite on the receiving pot 14. The propellant charge body 22 of the cartridge 20 is provided with a circumferential groove 23 which has a first radial locking surface 25 closer to the locking piston 2 and facing the projectile 21 and a second radial locking surface 24 closer to the projectile 21 and facing the locking piston 2. The width of the circumferential groove 23, that is to say the axial distance between the two latching surfaces 24, 25 corresponds approximately to the diameter of the propellant charge body 22. The pull-out claw 5 has a hook surface 12 which interacts with the first latching surface 25.
In Fig. 1 the position of a cartridge 20 is shown immediately before reaching the exit position. The hook body 8 is pressed outwards by the locking piston 2 or its receiving pot 14. The propellant charge Body 22 has emerged from the receptacle 14 at the beginning of the pull-back and the hook surface 12 of the pull-out claw 5 bears against the first latching surface 25. Upon further retraction into the position according to FIG. 2, the hook body 8 enters the circumferential groove 23 of the cartridge 20 and comes into contact with the second latching surface 24 with its blocking surface 9. 3, the cartridge 20 is pivoted out laterally through the outlet opening 6, since the hook body 8 prevents retraction in the axis 4 of the breech housing 1, the on the first latching surface 25 of the cartridge 20 adjacent edge of the hook surface 12 of the pull-out claw 5 acts as a tilting bearing. If this last stage of the retraction movement takes place slowly, the cartridge on the projectile 21 in the position shown in FIG. 3 can be gripped and removed by hand, the hook body 8 being displaced outwards again. If the retraction movement takes place quickly, the pivoting of the cartridge 20 is accelerated and this is ejected. The hook body 8 of the pull-out limiting element 7, which resiliently rests in the closure housing 1 after removal, is displaced to the outside when the next cartridge 20 is loaded due to its oblique guide surface 10 by the cartridge 20 and then by the locking piston 2 or its bolt 3 , so that a waiting position similar to FIG. 1 is reached again.
