Abstract

Nouveau procédé d'irradiation à étapes multiples utilisé dans la production de compositions à base acrylique telles que des adhésifs ou des bandes d'adhésifs autocollantes. La première étape d'irradiation utilise un rayonnement électro-magnétique à une intensité moyenne relativement faible (c'est à dire 0,1 à 20 mW/cm2) afin d'effectuer une conversion de monomère relativement faible, et l'étape suivante utilise un rayonnement électromagnétique à une intensité moyenne relativement élevée (c'est à dire supérieure à 20 mW/cm2) afin d'achever la photopolymérisation. L'invention concerne également des matières en bandes autocollantes à base acrylique produites selon le nouveau procédé.
