Abstract

Un gicleur d'injection de carburant possède un élément de soupape (16) coulissant dans un alésage (15) situé dans le corps du gicleur (13). L'élément de soupape possède un profil d'extrémité (31) dont la forme lui permet de s'introduire dans un logement situé à l'extrémité de l'alésage. L'élément de soupape possède un noyau allongé (30), conducteur d'électricité, dont l'une des extrémités définit le profil (31) et qui est entouré par une gaine métallique (34), avec un espacement intermédiaire, guidant le déplacement de l'élément de soupape dans l'alésage. La gaine adhère au noyau au moyen d'une couche (35) d'un matériau d'isolation électrique, de préférence une céramique, qui assure l'isolation électrique entre l'élément allongé et le corps du gicleur, sauf quand l'élément de soupape est en position fermée.
