Abstract

Appareil électrique portable servant à simuler les fonctions d'un dispositif complexe de commutation de signal, tel qu'un échangeur téléphonique, comprenant un ensemble de circuits électriques et au moins deux connecteurs (2, 3) servant à relier l'appareil de communication (4, 5), par exemple, un téléphone ou un modem, à l'ensemble de circuits, celui-ci comprend des moyens de simulation (8, 11) servant à générer des signaux simulés prédéterminés, tels qu'un signal de tonalité téléphonique, un signal de sonnerie etc..., ainsi que des moyens de commande de l'alimentation des signaux simulés vers les connecteurs (2, 3); de ce fait, on peut vérifier ou faire une démonstration de l'appareil de communication sans avoir recours à une ligne téléphonique traditionnelle.
