Abstract

Procédé et système de régulation de commande de processus par réseau neuronal informatisé permettant d'éliminer un opérateur humain de la commande en temps réel du processus. Cette invention fonctionne suivant trois modes qui sont: apprentissage, fonctionnement (prédiction), et nouvel apprentissage. En mode apprentissage, les données d'entrée d'apprentissage sont produites par le réglage de commande effectué par l'opérateur humain sur le processus. Le réseau neuronal de cette invention apprend en générant des données de sortie utilisant les données d'entrée pour la prédiction. Les données de sortie sont comparées aux données d'entrée d'apprentissage pour générer des données d'erreurs qui sont utilisées pour ajuster le ou les facteurs de pondération du réseau neuronal. Lorsque les données d'erreurs sont inférieures à un critère préselectionné, l'apprentissage est terminé. En mode de fonctionnement, le réseau neuronal de cette invention fournit des données de sortie basées sur les prédictions en utilisant les données d'entrée. Les données de sortie sont utilisées pour commander un état du processus par l'intermédiaire d'un actionneur. En mode de nouvel apprentissage, on détermine les données de nouvel apprentissage en surveillant les actions supplémentaires de l'opérateur humain. Les données de nouvel apprentissage sont utilisées par le réseau neuronal pour ajuster le ou les facteurs de pondération du réseau neuronal.
