Abstract

On décrit des phosphates de bore-aluminium (BAPO) et des phosphosilicates de bore-aluminium (BAPOS) présentant une structure identique ou semblable à celle de la forme cristobalite-β du AlPO4; leurs précurseurs; un procédé de dispersion de solutions aqueuses destiné à préparer des particules à écoulement libre, à homogénéité chimique et à cristallinité réglée; ainsi qu'une composition de carte à circuits imprimés multicouche utilisant ces phosphates et phosphosilicates de bore-aluminium à titre de constituant céramique, ou conjointement avec des verres pour former des substrats composites vitreux et remplis.
