Abstract

Oligonucléotides présentant une affinité de liaison spécifique envers l'ADN de C. difficile, notamment nucléotides spécifiques au gène de la toxine A de C. difficile. Lesdits oligonucléotides sont utiles en tant que sondes d'ADN et en tant qu'amorces de réactions en chaînes de polymérase (RCP), dans la détection de C. difficile dans des échantillons cliniques humains, par exemple des échantillons de matières fécales.
