Abstract

Für die Sicherung bergmännischer Hohlräume im untertägigen Berg- und Tunnelbau ist ein Ausbau vorgesehen, der aus mit Baustoff (6) befüllten Stempeln bzw. Elementen (1) besteht. Die Elemente (1) sind dabei aus mehreren ineinanderverschiebbaren Innen- und Außenrohren (4, 5) zusammengesetzt, die durch eine geeignete Mechanik gegeneinander und gegen die Firste und Sohle verspannbar sind. Der Teleskopstempel wird auf diese Weise zunächst einmal verspannt und erst dann mit Baustoff (6) gefüllt. Durch eine Baustoffentwässerungseinrichtung, insbesondere durch Entwässerungsbohrungen (49, 50) kann der eingefüllte Baustoff (6) schnell und vorteilhaft aushärten, so daß ein derartiger Ausbau hohe Stützkräfte aufnehmen kann. Der Baustoffkern ist durch das als Hülle dienende Außen- und Innenrohr (5, 4) gesichert, wobei auch eine Bewehrung (45) eingebracht werden kann, um so die aufzunehmenden Stützkräfte noch zu erhöhen. Aus diesen einzelnen Innen- und Außenrohren (4, 5) aufweisenden Teleskopstempeln kann ein mehrgliedriger Ausbaubogen (89) erstellt werden, wobei jeweils die Endseiten von Innen- und Außenrohr (4, 5) Verbindungslaschen (85, 86) mit Bohrungen (88) tragen, so daß eine sehr einfache Gelenkverbindung erreicht werden kann.
