Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de catalyser un dépôt de rapport pour mieux détecter ou quantifier un élément d'analyse se trouvant dans un échantillon, par l'amplification du signal de détection. Le procédé consiste à immobiliser un système d'activation par enzyme dépendant de l'élément d'analyse qui catalyse le dépôt de rapport en activant un conjugué consistant en un substrat étiqueté de manière décelable et spécifique pour ledit système d'enzyme. Ledit conjugué réagit avec le système d'activation par enzyme dépendant de l'élément d'analyse pour former un conjugué activé qui se dépose sensiblement partout là où le récepteur pour le conjugué activé est immobilisé, ledit récepteur ne réagissant pas avec le système d'activation par enzyme. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, l'invention décrit un procédé d'analyse permettant de détecter ou de quantifier la présence ou l'absence d'un élément d'analyse dans un échantillon utilisant le dépôt de rapport par catalysation pour amplifier le signal de rapport. On décrit également des composés nouveaux que l'on peut utiliser comme agents de réaction pour préparer des conjugués de type HABA.
