Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition appropriée à la sulfuration d'un organophosphite. L'agent de réaction consiste en une solution de soufre et une amine tertiaire, dans un solvant approprié tel que du soufre de carbone. L'amine tertiaire est de préférence une amine trialkyle éventuellement substituée, par exemple une triéthylamine ou une diisopropylamine. L'invention concerne également un procédé de sulfuration de phosphites ou d'esters phosphoneux en leurs phosphorothioates ou phosphonothioates correspondants, respectivement, en utilisant les compositions de la présente invention. Ce procédé s'applique en particulier à la production de liaisons de phosphorothioate ou phosphonothioate internucléotide dans un multimère nucléotide.
