Abstract

Selon un procédé de fabrication de drapeaux (1), il est possible d'éliminer l'emploi de colle, le processus d'assemblage étant adapté pour une automatisation, étant donné que ledit drapeau est constitué d'un fil (3) de thermoplastique, et que le papier du drapeau est constitué d'une feuille (5), laquelle est pliée autour dudit fil (3) au moyen d'un dispositif de pliage (10). Le pliage (10) a lieu simultanément avec le transport en continu dudit fil (3) et desdites feuilles (5), au moyen de bandes de manutention (6, 8, 9) assurant en même temps un positionnement mutuel correct. Ledit fil (3) et lesdites feuilles (5) sont soudées au moyen de rouleaux à contact linéaire (11, 12), utilisant de la chaleur et de la pression. On procède à un découpage à l'aide d'un dispositif coupant (13), lequel est synchronisé avec le transport dudit fil (3) et desdites feuilles (5), afin de former des drapeaux séparés (1). Ce procédé est particulièrement adapté à la fabrication de petits drapeaux, par exemple des drapeaux à gateaux ou des drapeaux de décoration.
