Abstract

Dans un procédé de création d'un produit moulé par soufflage comprenant les étapes d'extrusion d'un tube de paraison (3) dans une cavité formée entre des moitiés opposées d'un moule (15), de pincement des parties extrêmes de la paraison à l'aide d'un appareil de sertissage (17 et 19), d'admission d'un gaz comprimé à haute pression dans la partie interne du tube de paraison à l'aide d'une pointe de soufflage de gaz (14) pour gonfler le tube contre les moitiés opposées du moule, créant ainsi le produit moulé par soufflage, l'amélioration consiste à fixer un cadre (1) sur la paroi intérieure d'au moins l'une des moitiés opposées du moule, le cadre étant pourvu d'une ou de plusieurs ouvertures au travers desquelles la paraison peut passer après soufflage du tube, de sorte que la paraison se forme autour du cadre, lequel est encapsulé par celle-ci pour former une structure interne du produit moulé par soufflage.
