Abstract

Un outil coupant pour l'usinage par enlèvement de copeaux dans des systèmes à changement d'outil se compose d'une tête de coupe (32) logée dans une unité de serrage (31) et renfermant dans un évidement (2) un insert d'ajustage (1, 28, 35) pour recevoir la plaque de coupe (13). Cette dernière et l'insert d'ajustage (1, 28, 35) sont reliés à la tête de coupe (32) respectivement par un mors de serrage (11) et par une vis de blocage (5). Dans les faces latérales (6, 7) de l'évidement (2) sont disposés des moyens (8, 9) de réglage de l'insert d'ajustage (1, 28, 35). Ce dernier peut être exécuté en deux parties et constitué d'un chariot (28) ainsi que d'un siège de chariot (35). Les moyens de réglage sont des excentriques (8) ou des vis à pas fin (9) s'étendant dans l'évidement (2).
