Abstract

Un procédé de fabrication et/ou de redimensionnement de pièces (1) et de revêtements (4) métalliques fortement sollicités, en vue de créer à moindres frais une pièce munie d'un revêtement porteur, consiste a) à appliquer, par projection au plasma sur un substrat métallique (2), en suivant exactement sa forme, une couche de projection inchangée chimiquement par rapport à la poudre projetée, b) à faire fondre la couche de projection, à l'aide d'un arc électrique diffusé, pour obtenir une couche (4) homogène finement granulée et c) à répéter les étapes a) et b) éventuellement une ou plusieurs fois.
