Definitions

  • the invention relates to a tubular bag pack according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the cartridges consist of a rigid tube, the head part of which often has a nipple for screwing on an emptying nozzle and in which a piston is provided on the inside for pressing out the filling material (see, for example, DE - GM 76 10 820) .
  • a cartridge-like container is therefore already known (cf. DE-GM 82 00 415), which in its outer shape resembles a conventional cartridge, but has no pistons.
  • the cylindrical peripheral wall of this container is compressible towards the front end of the container. In order to express the filling material in the container, it is inserted into a special emptying gun and pressed together.
  • This container is a tube that is crimped on the bottom instead of being folded. How the bottom is attached to the jacket when the jacket is made of film is left open.
  • the nipple is an integral part of the tube, as in the cartridge, which has bulging disadvantages:
  • a tubular bag pack is known (cf. D E - 0 S 28 24 847), in which the processing of the filling material (sealing compounds, etc.) is carried out with a specially developed emptying gun.
  • the pack consists of a tube part, which is closed at both ends in the middle, so that it is sausage-shaped.
  • the special emptying pistol requires a protective cap in the head area which is to be inserted in the front end of the pistol and is only intended to prevent the pistol head from becoming dirty.
  • the protective cap is only placed loosely on the tubular bag, which is difficult because the tubular bag is deformed when it is opened and is no longer round, but oval. especially low-viscosity filling material escapes and contaminates tools, hands and cap. Inclusions of air that lead to disturbances during emptying cannot be avoided.
  • the tubular bag is as described by the nozzles. e t, which closes the nozzle from the inside when the opening rod is pulled out of the cap and in turn leads to air pockets.
  • the film can slip into the cap when pressed and block the filling material outlet.
  • Open packs are not reusable; if they harden in the nozzle, the pack must be destroyed.
  • the piston of the pistol can only empty the pack up to the beginning of the cap; Due to the system, a cap is required for each pack, which leads to loss of product and high waste. Processing requires the special pistol and always reserve caps, since the cap is easily lost. ⁇
  • the collar is glued to the conical part of the jacket which is rich in folds, which requires a great deal of adhesive in order to cover the fold channels only z. T. to bridge, and the application of the adhesive considerably difficult. Because of the fold channels, a tight connection between the collar and the jacket is impossible, furthermore the hold of the closure cap on the pack is impaired by the uneven, wrinkled connection surface. The poor hold of the collar on the jacket shoulder requires additional support of the collar with its upper bead on the underside of the locking clip. As a result, the collar often comes loose when or after the closure is removed, because the additional holder is then missing and the collar is only held by partial connections of the fold-rich connecting surface.
  • Open packs can only be used if the leaks through the fold channels to the interior of the nozzle are not harmful, ie with many filling materials, open packs must be destroyed because the contents harden or spoil.
  • This known tubular bag pack can therefore not meet the requirements for cheap, simple manufacture, tightness, storage stability, durability of the collar on the pack, reusability of opened packs with sensitive contents and simple, clean processing and use by means of common tubular piston pistols.
  • the object of the invention is therefore to create a tubular bag pack which avoids the mentioned disadvantages of the known prior art and thus satisfies a need which has existed for a long time, moreover for a mass article, namely the following advantages alone or together:
  • the contents can be processed directly, preferably by operating a tubular piston gun, the hose Fold the jacket of the pack in the axial direction and completely build up in the shell at the end.
  • the shell diameter is preferably significantly smaller than the inside diameter of the tube of the cattail pistol (claim 8), so that the emptied hose jacket pressed into the shell can be easily removed from the tube of the pistol.
  • a prerequisite for a separating point protruding from the nipple is a corresponding design of the tube bag before the shell is set. This can be achieved in that the package is underfilled after being closed so that the volume of the filling material displaced from the end of the package when the extended end is formed can be taken up by the package.
  • the sealing of the sectional area of the packing * sendes offers a further advantage by additional securing Med ⁇ guts against eventual destruction.
  • Sealing is preferably carried out under vacuum (claim 6); by the subsequent pressure equalization, the sealing compound is pressed into the labyrinth of folds of the gathered foil material and thus a good seal is achieved; A sealing mass which is matched to the filling material is particularly advantageous.
  • the casing of the package according to the invention is regularly produced from plastic or plastic-coated metal foil, which should have good tear strength and good tightness, must also be insensitive to impact and pressure, and should be very flexible and plastically deformable.
  • Another advantage of the invention is that the empty volume for the production of the package requires little storage and transport effort.
