Abstract
Une sonde (30, 50) de résonance magnétique nucléaire est placée à l'extrémité d'un cathéter ou endoscope (10) afin d'obtenir des spectres de résonance magnétique nucléaire de l'intérieur d'un patient. La sonde (30) est composée d'un circuit intégré passif comprenant un enroulement récepteur (32) et un amplificateur de paramètres (34) pour amplifier la fréquence reçue des émissions de résonance magnétique nucléaire. Un ou plusieurs câbles coaxiaux (22) disposés dans un passage (20) du cathéter (10) connectent la sonde (30) à circuit intégré à un processeur extérieur de résonance magnétique nucléaire. Le processeur extérieur peut également exciter l'enroulement de façon à irradier un champ localisé de perturbation avant d'obtenir des données sur les émissions de résonance magnétique nucléaire d'une zone d'intérêt. Alternativement, la sonde (50) peut être composée d'un circuit actif (54) qui rend possible la syntonisation de l'enroulement (52A-H) à une fréquence d'émission de résonance magnétique nucléaire d'intérêt. Un circuit de refroidissement en boucle fermée utilisant des passages (24) dans le cathéter ou des dispositifs de jonction à effet Peltier sur le circuit intégré assurent la stabilité de la température des dispositifs actifs.
