Abstract
Se describe un sistema de tratamiento termoquímico para desechos plásticos y/o elastoméricos que tiene tres Unidades de Reacción (1), (2) y (3) conectadas en serie, llevándose a cabo en cada Unidad de Reacción, bajo presión positiva y a baja temperatura (entre 200°C y 660°C), una etapa del proceso de tratamiento termoquímico de los desechos plásticos y/o elastoméricos sin, a través del calentamiento indirecto por bobinas de sal fundida (5), una fracción gaseosa que se trata en una Unidad de Lavado de Gas (10) para la liberación hacia la atmósfera, y una fracción líquida (plástico fundido) que está sujeta a una reacción endotérmica bajo presión positiva (entre 2 y 10 bares) y a una temperatura por encima de 300°C, lo cual genera una fracción gaseosa que se alimenta hacia un Intercambiador de Calor (13), en donde los gases condensables se convierten en líquidos combustibles fraccionados de carbono, y los gases combustibles no condensables se reutilizan para calentar los módulos del sistema.
