Abstract
La invención se relaciona a anticuerpos humanos y porciones de unión al antígeno de los mismos, que se unen a miostatina para inhibir la miostatina; a anticuerpos anti-miostatina humanos; a anticuerpos que son quiméricos, biespecíficos, derivatizados; a cadenas pesada y liviana aisladas de inmunoglobulinas derivadas de anticuerpos anti-miostatina humanos; y a las moléculas de ácido nucleico que codifican dichas inmunoglobulinas. Se describen métodos para elaborar los anticuerpos anti-miostatina humanos; composiciones que los comprenden; y métodos de diagnóstico y tratamiento. La invención también provee métodos para una terapia génica humana y se relaciona con animales o plantas transgénicas que comprenden las moléculas de ácido nucleico de la presente invención.The invention relates to human antibodies and antigen binding portions thereof, which bind to myostatin to inhibit myostatin; to human anti-myostatin antibodies; to antibodies that are chimeric, bispecific, derivatized; to heavy and light chains isolated from immunoglobulins derived from human anti-myostatin antibodies; and to the nucleic acid molecules encoding said immunoglobulins. Methods for making human anti-myostatin antibodies are described; compositions that comprise them; and diagnostic and treatment methods. The invention also provides methods for human gene therapy and relates to transgenic animals or plants comprising the nucleic acid molecules of the present invention.
