Abstract
Formulación farmacéutica de liberación inmediata comprendiendo como ingrediente activo, compuesto de fórmula (i): donde R1 represnta alquilo C1-2 substituido por uno o más sustituyentes fluoro; R2 representa hidrógeno, hidroxi, metoxi o etoxi; y n represnta 0, 1 o 2; o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable del mismo; y duluyente o vehículo farmacéuticamente aceptable ; con condición que cuando el ingrediente activo está en forma distinta de una sal, la formulación no solamente contenga: . una solución de ingrediente activo y agua; . una solución de ingrediente activo y dimetilsulfóxido; o, : una solución de ingrediente activo en mezcla de etanol : estearato de 12-hidroxi PEG 660: agua 5:5:90. : para tratamiento de trastorno cardiovascular.Immediate release pharmaceutical formulation comprising as active ingredient, compound of formula (i): wherein R1 represents C1-2 alkyl substituted by one or more fluoro substituents; R2 represents hydrogen, hydroxy, methoxy or ethoxy; and n represents 0, 1 or 2; or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and pharmaceutically acceptable sweetener or vehicle; provided that when the active ingredient is in a form other than a salt, the formulation does not only contain:. a solution of active ingredient and water; . a solution of active ingredient and dimethylsulfoxide; or,: a solution of active ingredient in ethanol mixture: 12-hydroxy stearate PEG 660: water 5: 5: 90. : for the treatment of cardiovascular disorder.
