Abstract
Destinada a ubicarse sobre el suelo, inmediatamente por debajo de la losa de cimentación del edificio, se materializa en una pluralidad de módulos coplanarios y lateralmente adyacentes, cada uno de los cuales se materializa en dos piezas de material plástico (2-2`), rígidas, idénticas entre sí, relacionados a nivel medio por un silemblock (3) y a nivel perimetral por un neumático de vehículo (5), preferentemente usado, constituyendo una cámara elásticamente deformable, rellena con un granulado plástico (6) con efectos hidráulicos, de manera que los esfuerzos verticales y horizontales de una onda sísmica son absorbidos mediante deformación radial u horizontal de los citados módulos (1).
