Abstract
Dispositivo para retirar material no vivo de la piel de un sujeto que comprende: un sustrato de soporte (es un soporte de apoyo de una película no entramada no oclusiva de alta transmisión de vapore de humedad), y una capa de un adhesivo sensible a la presión depositado sobre el sustrato soporte, incluyendo el adhesivo sensible a la presión un polímero catiónico (como un polímero amino acrilato, y más particularmente seleccionado del grupo compuesto por un copolímero de un amino metacrilato, un copolímero de una octilacrilamida, un acrilato, y un amino metacrilato; y un copolímero de una vinilpirrolidona y un metacrilato de dimetilaminoetilo) y un agente plastificante seleccionado del grupo compuesto por éster de citrato, un sebacato, un glicol, un adipato, un ftalato, un fosfato, un aceite mineral, un agente adherente polimérico, trolamina, y un fosfolípido. El dispositivo puede comprender adicionalmente uno o más agentes seleccionados del grupo compuesto por un anti-irritante, un agente de limpieza, un antiséptico, un colorante, un relleno, un antioxidante, un protector cutáneo, un humectante, un hidratante, un agente porolítico, un agente de reacondicionamiento cutáneo, una sal catiónica, una vitamina, un suplemento nutritivo, y un intensificador de la penetración en la piel. El dispositivo tiene un formato listo para usar, que no requiere humedecimiento del dispositivo, de la piel, o adición de agua, y puede formularse en ausencia de conservantes.
