Proceso de integración de hardware y software para operacionalización de apuestas de loterías de todos los tipos, inclusive del tipo "raspadita", por Internet o por equipo dedicado, siendo que en el caso de usarse la red a través de Internet para la realización de apuestas con los órganos proveedores de Loterías, utilizando el método de transferencia (electrónica) bancaria como forma de pago y siendo en el caso de equipo a través de un aparato electrónico-mecánico, del tipo de terminal de consultas. En particular el proceso se caracteriza por la utilización de Internet a través de la siguiente secuencia: el usuario (U) se comunica con la red telefónica (RT), la cual está conectada bilateralmente, con la proveedora de servicios (PS) que es dotada de 12 modems externos (MD) compatibles con las interfases de la microcomputadora (COM), de la computadora (COM) conectada bilateralmente a los modems (MD) y la caja de conexión (HUB), de la caja de conexión (HUB) conectada bilateralmente con la microcomputadora (COM), con la microcomputadora (PGA), con la microcomputadora (ATI) y la microcomputadora (AMZ), de la microcomputadora (PGA) conectada bilateralmente, la caja (HUB) y conectada unilateralmente al scanner (SCA) y a la impresora (IMP) de la microcomputadora (ATI), conectada bilateralmente a la caja (HUB) y de la microcomputadora (AMZ) conectada bilateralmente a la caja (HUB) y a la unidad cinta (UF), utilizando microcomputadoras (COM, PGA, ATI, AMZ) con determinadas características mínimas.
