FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of an eyestay element of a shoe upper showing a second embodiment of my new design, the second embodiment being a mirror image of the first;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view of an eyestay element of a shoe upper showing a third embodiment of my new design;
FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of an eyestay element of a shoe upper showing a fourth embodiment of my new design, the fourth embodiment being a mirror image of the third;
