DESIGN FOR A CARPET-PATTERN.

The Schedule referred to in these Letters Patent and making part of the same.

To all whom it may concern.-

Be it known that I, HENRY G. 'lnomrsox, of the city, county, and State of New York, have invented or produced a new and original Design for a Pattern to be inwrought into three-ply ingrain and other Carpeting, in colors similar to those painted on the drawings accompanying this specification, or in other colors substituted in the place of those painted on the drawings herewith; and I do hereby declare that the drawings accompanying this specification do give and convey, to any one skilled in the art of carpet-weaving, a more defined and thorough description of the nature ofmy invention than it is in the power of langnage otherwise to convey, and are sufiicient to cnat any one skilled in the art of carpet-weaving to use n invention.

What I claim as my invention, and desire to seen by Letters Patent, is-- The configuration of the design hereunto annexe when made by being inwronght into three-ply ingra or other carpeting, in the form similar to the drawim accompanying this specification.
