The view of FIG. 6 is shown fragmented for clarity of illustration.
The features of the undisclosed inside view of the bottom structure of FIG. 6 are understood to be identical in appearance to the fragmented portion shown.
The undisclosed inside view of the top structure is identical in appearance to the view shown in FIG. 6.
