FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line 4--4 of FIG. 1, in a direction indicated by arrows; and,
FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 2 in a direction indicated by arrows.
The luggage cart wheel is symmetrical at 60° intervals around its axis.
