The undisclosed side of the second embodiment is substantially the same in appearance as the side shown in FIG. 7 and the undisclosed top and bottom of the second embodiment are substantially the same in appearance as the bottom of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2. The broken lines shown across the top and down the center of the fabric head represent conventional stitching.
