FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view with the antenna folded, the opposite side being substantially 21 mirror image thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof with the antenna extended.

The bottom, not shown is substantially fiat and unornamented.

I claim: The ornamental design for a portable television receiver, as shown and described.
