FIG. 1 is a top plan view of the cookie or the like showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of the same.

The characteristic features of my design reside in the icing placed at one end of the top of the cookie in combination with the specific ornamentation on the bottom thereof, all as shown.

The ornamental design for a cookie or the like, as shown and described.
