FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The front of the light flasher is identical to the rear except for the switch button on the front. The oblique line shading in FIGS. 1, 2, 3 and 4 indicates transparency.

The ornamental design for a light fiasher, as shown and described.
