The characteristic feature of my design resides in the combination of the particular club head configuration having a slot across its top vertical to the face and extending downwardly below the midpoint of the face and intersecting a horizontal slot on the face which extends rearwardly almost through the club head that is intersected by another slot parallel to the face that terminates at the top and bottom surfaces of the head.
