FIG. 4 is a view similar to FIG. 2 but showing a modified form of my new design wherein the cover components have been turned 180 degrees and interchanged on the two tanks; and

FIG. 5 is a view similar to FIG. 2 but showing another modified form of my new design wherein the cover of the bottom tank has been replaced by a cover like the one on the top tank but in a reverse position from the top tank cover.
