FIG. 3 is a sectional view in the direction of 3-3 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan w'ew thereof;

FIG. 5 is a second embodiment of the design of FIG. 1 wherein the head of the screw portion is hexagonal; and

FIG. 6 is a third embodiment of the design of FIG. 1 wherein the head of the screw portion is round and plain.

I claim: The ornamental design for a clasp for a necktie or the like, as shown and described.
