The characteristic features of my design reside in an ornamental cup and saucer configuration in which the saucer top constitutes a circular counter extending radially outwardly of serving windows in the cup base, with bar stools arranged radially outwardly of the counter.

I claim: The ornamental design for a take-out snack bar, substantially as shown and described.
