FIGURE 4 is a bottom plan view;

FIGURE 5 is a front end elevational view, showing in dotted lines a brad as it might be held in the holder jaws for illustrative purposes only; and

FIGURE 6 is a rear end elevational view thereof.

I claim: The ornamental design for a magnetic nail holder or the like, as shown and described.
