FIG. 4 is a top view thereof; the opposite side of the pivot structure interconnecting the shade and upper end of the lamp arm is a mirror image of the structure shown in FIGS. 1, 4 and 5 and otherwise similar to the arm center pivot design as shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.
