FIGURE 2 is a front perspective view thereof;

FIGURE 3 is a perspective view thereof taken from the side opposite that shown in FIGURE 1; and

FIGURE 4 is a top perspective view thereof.

The dominant features of this invention reside in the solid lines of the accompanying drawings.

The ornamental design for a building unit for use as part of a cloakroom, substantially as shown and described.
