FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the device of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view from one end thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.

I claim: The ornamental design for a holder for reserve toilet tissue roll, as shown and described.
