FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, in open condition;
FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof, in open condition; and
FIG. 6 is an end elevational view thereof, opposite that shown in FIG. 5, in open condition.
The broken line appearing in FIGS. 1 and 3 represent topstitching.

- The ornamental design for a thermoelectric band for heating and cooling the skin, as shown and described.
