DESIGN POR A LABEL-BORDER.

T0 ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Be it known that I, A. D. THURBER, in the city, county, and State of New York, have invented a new and original Design for Label-Borders, of which the following is a full, clear, and exact description, reference being had to the accompanying specimen or drawing, making part of' this specification.

'.lfhe drawing represents a face view of my invention.

This invention relates to a new design for borders of labels of all descriptions, and for any other suitable article. The invention consists in forming a chain or continuous line of alternate boxes and bags, each of which is provided with a suitable inscription setting forth what it is represented to contain.

A A represent a series of boxes of suitable sizes. B B represent a series of bags. The boxes and bags are arranged alternately around the label so as to form one continuous border around the same, as is clearly shown in the drawing. Centre pieces of boxes A A are arranged in this border, and corner pieces of boxes A" A, as shown.

. What I claim as my invention, and desire to secure by Letters Patent, is-

A design for label-borders arranged substantially as herein shown and described.
