To (1. [rho/11. it mur concern.
Be it known that I, CLINTON KEISER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Zanesville, in the county of Muskiugum and State of Ohio, have invented and produced a new and original Design for Roof-Tiles, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompauying drawings, forming part thereof.
Figure 1 is a face view of my tile design. Fig. 2 is a similar view of a modification thereof. Fig. 3 is a sectional view on line a" .r of Fig. 1, and Fig. l is a sectional view from said body. The upper end of the tileplate is provided with a transverse shoulder portion, (indicated at e,) from the outerside of which rises a raised lip (17. One of the longer sides of my newly-designed tile-plate is bordered by a roll or liute e, which is parallel with the rolls 1), but which presents, as shown, a much larger surface, being wider in crosssection than the small rolls b and of greater height. The remaining longer side of the tile-plate is bordered with parallel longitudiually-arranged lips fand g, which project above the surface of the rolls 1). By thus providing, a raised upper end portion and raised side portions it will be seen that a central panel is provided with a depressed fluted surface.
