DESIGN FOR A BASE FOR CIGAR-CLIPPERS.

SPECIFICATION forming part of Design No. 24,309, dated May 14, 1895.

Application filed February 23, 1895. Serial No. 539,481- Term of patent 7 years.

To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, MILTON T. Moons, of Syracuse, in the county of Onondaga, in the State of New York,have invented a new and useful Design for Bases of Cigar-Clippers, of which the following, taken in connection with the accompanying drawings, is a full, clear, and exact description.

Figure 1 is an isometrical view of a cigarclipper base complete. Fig. 2 is a cross-section enlarged through one side of the frame forming the base, these two views being deemed necessary to fully illustrate my de sign.

The leading feature of my design consists in the triangular frame forming the base of a cigar-clipper.

a is the base comprising three sides b, the said sides being triangular, as shown. The regular triangular outlines of the base present to the eye a symmetrical figure and pleasing effect.

The design for the base of a cigar-clipper, substantially as herein described and shown.
