UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A COIVIBINATION BABYS HIGH AND SLEEPING CHAIR To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Emanuel R. Morando, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York, in the county of Bronx and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design in a Combination Babys High and Sleeping Chair, of which the following is a specification, reference being made to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof, in which:

Figure 1 is a front elevational View of a combination babys high and sleeping chair, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a rear elevational view of th same design shown in Figure 1.

Figure 3 is a side elevational view thereof.

Figure 4 is a similar side view with the high chair extended in a sleeping position, and with the front table-leaf portion open as shown.

Figure 5 is a top plan view of the high chair on a reduced scale, showing the table leaves swung outwardly in their open position.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a combination babys high and sleeping chair, as shown and described.
