UNITED STATES PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A SWING JOINT Dwight M. Phillips, Fullerton, Calif., assigner to Chiksan Tool Company, Brea, Calif., a corporation of California Application April 27, 1943, Serial No. 110,061

Be it known that I, Dwight M. Phillips, a citizen of the United States, residing in the city of Fullerton, county of Orange, and State of California, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Swing Joint, of which the following is a. specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a. part thereof.
Fig. 1 is an end view of a swing joint showing my new design; Fig. 2 is a side elevation of the swing joint; and Fig. 3 is a transverse sectional view of the upper pipe portion in Fig. 2 taken as indicated by the lines 3-3 on Fig. 2.
