DESIGN FOR A MINING MACHINE Clyde P. Baldwin, Claremont, N. IL, and Harry H. Vanderzee, Michigan City, Ind., assignors to Sullivan Machinery Company, a corporation of Massachusetts Application June 21, 1943, Serial No. 110,501
Term of patent 14 years .TO all whom it may concern:
Be it known that we, Clyde P. Baldwin, a citizen of the United States, residing at Claremont, in the county of Sullivan and State of New Hampshire, and Harry H. Vanderzee, a citizen of the United States, residing at Michigan City, in the county of Laporte and State of Indiana, have jointly invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Mining Machine, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawings, forming a part hereof, whereof Fig. 1 is a top plan view of a mining machine, showing our new design.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of the front and one side thereof, with parts adjusted into a different position and with the cuttings deflecting shield attached.
Fig. 3 is a perspective view of the front and one side thereof, similar to Fig. 2, with parts adjusted into a difierent position and with the cuttings deflecting shield attached.
Fig. 4, is a side perspective view thereof, with the parts adjusted as shown in Fig. 1.
Fig. 5 is a front end perspective view thereof with the parts adjusted as shown in Figs. 1 and 4.
Fig. 6 is a perspective View of the rear, top, and one side thereof, with the parts adjusted into a still different position.
