OFFICE DESIGN FOR A DISPENSER FOR TOOTH POWDER AND THE LIKE To all whom it may concern.

Be it known that I, Philip C. P. Booty, a subject of the King of Great Britain, residing at Chicago, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Dispenser for Tooth Pow der and the like, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

In the drawing- Fig. 1 is a side elevation of a dispenser for tooth powder and the like embodying my new design, the scoop thereof being in closed position;

Fig, 2 is an elevational View looking toward one end of the dispenser with the scoop thereof in closed position;

Fig. 3 is an elevational view looking toward the other end of the dispenser with the scoop thereof in closed position;

Fig. 4 is a plan view of the dispenser with the scoop thereof in closed position; and

Fig. 5 is a side elevational view of the dispenser with the scoop thereof in open position.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a dispenser for tooth powder and the like, substantially as shown.
