PATENT OFFICE DESIGN FOR A GLASS BOTTLE Albert 0. Meyer, Glenshaw, Pa., assignor to 'Glenshaw Glass Company, Glenshaw, Pa, a corporation of Pennsylvania Application December 15, 1938, Serial No. 81,805

Be it known that I, Albert C. Meyer, a citizen of the United States, residing at Glenshaw, in the county of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Glass Bottle, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, in which Fig. 1 is a front elevational view of a glass bottle showing my new design; and Fig. 2 a top plan view thereof. The stippled area between the two bottom ribs of the bottle, as shown in Fig. 1 of the drawing, is repeated on the opposite side of the bottle.

The present application is a continuation in partof an application serially numbered D-78,141 filed June 29, 1938.
