Be it known that I, Rufus G. Fordyce, a citizen of the United States of America and residing at 770 Bluff Street, Glencoe, in the county of Cook and State of Illinois, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for an Escutchecn Plate, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming a part thereof in which:

Fig. 1 is a front View of an escutcheon plate embodying my new design.

Fig. 2 is an edge View of Fig. 1.

Fig. 3 is a cross-sectional view of Fig. 1 along the line 3 3 thereof.

The drawing is shaded to show the contrasting appearance of the arrow-ended elements as compared with the other portions of the design.

What I claim is:

The ornamental design for an escutcheon plate, substantially as shown and described.
