Be it known that I, Georges Binon, a subject of the King of Belgium and a resident of Paris, France, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Liquid Dispenser and Support Therefor, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof.

Figure 1 is an elevational view of a combined liquid dispenser and support therefor showing my new design;

Figure 2 is an elevational view showing the dispenser separated from its support; and

Figure 3 is a top plan View of Figure 1.

The dominant feature of the design is shown in full lines.

The ornamental design for a combined liquid dispenser and support therefor, as shown and described.
