Be it known that I, Morris A. Bodkin, a citizen of the United States, residing at New York city, in the county of New York and State of New York, have invented a new, original, and ornamental Design for a Combined Cane and Folding Seat or Similar Article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof in which:

Figure 1 is a perspective view of the combined cane and folding seat, with the seat portion in folded position, showing my new design.

Figure 2 is a perspective view of the upper portion thereof with the seat in the open position;

Figure 3 is a side elevational view of the upper portion thereof with the seat folded as in Figure 1.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a combined cane and folding seat or similar article, as shown.
